Basic dribbling with both hands
Chest and bounce passes
Shooting form
Playing in 5-on-5 games
Ages 15-18 should have:
Strong fundamental skills
Game experience (school/club team)
Ability to train at high intensity

$200 for 5 weeks ($40 per session)

Week 1 - Foundation & Assessment
Ages 13-14: Skills in Action
Practice dribbling under defensive pressure, shooting off the catch and dribble, and recognizing when to pass vs shoot. Build comfort with game-speed scenarios.Ages 15-18: Advanced Skills
Develop advanced moves (step-backs, counters, advanced finishes), defensive techniques, and begin taking leadership roles in drills.
Week 2 - Reading the Game
Ages 13-14: Court Awareness
Recognise defensive positioning, anticipate passes and cuts, and react to changing game situations. Improve vision and awareness.Ages 15-18: Smart Strateg
Build basketball IQ defensive schemes, offensive spacing, and making reads under pressure.
Week 3 - Team Connection
Ages 13-14: Playing Together
Build chemistry through pick-and-roll situations, help defense concepts, and spacing awareness. Develop team communication skills.Ages 15-18: Leading on Court
Call plays, communicate defensively, direct teammates in live situations, and handle high-pressure moments with composure.
Week 4 - Competitive Edge
Ages 13-14: Building Stamina
Work on stamina, maintaining composure under pressure, and executing skills when tired. Introduction to competitive intensity.Ages 15-18: Competition Prep
Apply all skills in competitive scrimmages, prepare for tryouts or big games, and get feedback on areas for next-level play.
Week 5 - Game Ready
All Ages: Put It All Together
Execute everything learned in competitive scrimmages. Apply skills, strategy, and mental toughness in game situations. See how much you've improved.
