      Practice simple techniques to make shots more accurate.

    • Ball Handling
      Stay in control even when the pressure's on.

    • Passing
      Keep the ball moving with clean, quick passes.

    • Spacing
      Learn where to be on the court to create chances.

    • Decision-Making
      Make smart choices while playing at game speed.

    • Team Play
      Work together through challenges that build trust.

    • 9.00am - Drop Off & Warm Up
      Kids arrive, get settled, and start with dynamic warm-ups.

    • 9.30am - Skill Stations
      Rotate through focused drills (shooting, ball handling, passing).

    • 10.30am - Morning Break
      Snack and water break.

    • 10.45am - Game Situations
      Apply skills in small-sided games and scenarios.

    • 12.00pm - Lunch
      Kids eat lunch (bring your own).

    • 12.45pm - Team Challenges
      Work together on drills that require communication and strategy.

    • 2.00pm - Scrimmage & Wrap Up
      Full-court games to finish the day.

    • 3.00pm - Pick Up

    • Sneakers (indoor court shoes preferred)

    • Lunch and snacks

    • Water bottle (refill stations available)

    • Comfortable athletic clothes

    We provide all basketballs and training equipment.

    What if they've never been to a camp before?

    Our coaches make sure new kids feel welcome. We group by age (10-12 and 13-15) and skill level.

    What skill level is needed?

    All levels welcome. Beginners train with beginners, experienced players get appropriate challenges.

    What if they're not at the same level as others?

    We split into small groups so everyone works at an appropriate level.

  • Camps offer:

    • Full-day intensive skill development

    • More time for game situations and scrimmages

    • Mix of kids from different programs (new friendships)

    • Holiday fun atmosphere while still learning

    Regular MOVE training:

    • Before-school or Sunday sessions (45-60 minutes)

    • Weekly skill development throughout term

    • Consistent group

    Many kids do both. Regular sessions during term, camps during holidays.
