Kia ora, I'm Troy.

Basketball's been part of my life for as long as I can remember.

I started playing at Newtown Park with my mates. No drills, no coaches, just hooping. That’s where I learned how to believe in myself.

Those early days turned into a journey I never expected. I played over 300 NBL games, suited up for the Tall Blacks, and eventually stepped into coaching.

At every level, the smartest players always stand out. They stay calm, read the game, and make the right play when it matters.

That's what we teach. No wasted reps, no gimmicks, just smart training that works.

Whether a player is new to the game or getting ready for the next level, every session helps them think fast, react faster, and play with confidence.

I coach the way I want someone to coach my own kids. With patience and real care. We challenge, we adapt, and we make every session count.

If that sounds like the kind of training you want for your child, let's get to work.
